Ursula James has been a clinical and medical hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy trainer for 30 years. She is a Patron of Anxiety UK, the National Centre for Domestic Violence and is a Visiting Teaching Fellow at Oxford University Medical School. In 2007 she had her own UK TV series on Channel 5 on how to improve your relationships. She has taught clinical hypnosis at 15 UK medical schools and you can now access her training online by going to ursulajames.com

The aim of this week's episode is to help you have a restful sleep. When the hypnosis session finishes you can choose to either open your eyes and wake up or continue into a deep, restful sleep.
IMPORTANT: Please do not listen to this audio when doing anything else – especially driving.
