Short, effective hypnosis sessions to improve your mental health and well-being, designed to give you a boost, some relief from stress or anxiety, and help you if you’re struggling to cope. Each episode is just long enough for you to take time out to listen to it whenever you want and wherever you are, without disturbing your routine. After the short introduction you can then just close your eyes, relax, and have a mini-break from the stress around you. Ursula James has been a clinical and medical hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy trainer for 30 years. She is a Patron of Anxiety UK, the National Centre for Domestic Violence and is a Visiting Teaching Fellow at Oxford University Medical School. In 2007 she had her own UK TV series on Channel 5 on how to improve your relationships. JULY 2024 - PLEASE NOTE: After a recent bout of COVID, Ursula has decided to take a break from recording new HypnoSOS episodes for a few months. In the meantime, we will be repeating popular older episodes which we hope you will find beneficial.
